What We Do

Racquel J. Makeup Studio, (formerly Permanent Cosmetics Studio & Boutique) was the first to introduce permanent cosmetics procedures in Jamaica has been operating for ten (10) years. Racquel Jenkins Moss-Solomon (owner) certified beautician, in her pursuit to find long-lasting make-up that could be applied quickly for the fast paced female professional (like herself), hard working females who need to look good all the time due their frequent presence in the public eye and who may not have the time to reapply their make-up for every appearance, and with research, discovered intra-dermal pigmentation (Permanent Cosmetics).

4. ) Lick that bad habit away

Licking your lips can cause damage to the protective barrier, which can cause the lips to dry out. Also if you have a habit of breathing through your mouth, this could cause your lips to dry out faster than normal, so get in the habit of breathing in and out through your nose… and apply your lip balm regularly.
